Terms and Conditions

1. Payment; strictly by CASH unless otherwise organised prior to commencement of job.
2. Quotes; We will not give a quote for repairs or polishing unless we have sighted the article(s).
   We are reluctant to give a FIRM quote on jobs due to the nature of materials we work with (unseen conditions in the base metal such as deep pitting, scratches etc).
   However we will endeavor to give a price guide as near as possible and adhere to it where possible.
   We will keep you posted if there will be an increase in price due to unforseen circumstances.
3. Job Turn-a-round time; Generally we allow 2 weeks turn-a-round time to complete most jobs to a satisfactory finish.
   Depending on difficulty of repair or standard of polishing required and whether the job requires coating after polishing.
   We can turn work around quicker if required urgently, but arrangements must be made prior to commencing the work.
   Remember not all work is urgent and if we have to rush all jobs, quality will suffer and turn-a-round times will blow out in the long run due to prioritising urgent work.
4. Minimum Charge; We have a minimum charge of $45.00 GST inclusive.
5. We reserve the right to dispose of goods not picked up within 6 months of completion to recover costs unless payment arrangements have been organised.
